Thank you for shopping with A&S Studio! We take pride in creating and preparing each order with care. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.

🌎 Shipping Destinations

A&S Studio offers worldwide shipping. Shipping availability, delivery times, and rates may vary depending on the destination and the products included in your order.

International customers are responsible for ensuring that the products they order are permitted to be imported into their country.

📦 Processing Times

Our processing times vary by product. Because many of our products are 3D printed, made to order, or customized, some items may require additional production time before they are ready to ship.

Please refer to the individual product listing for estimated processing times.

Orders containing multiple products may ship together once all items are ready. In some cases, products may be shipped separately.

🚚 Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on factors such as your shipping destination, package size, package weight, and available shipping service.

The shipping charge shown during checkout will apply to your order unless otherwise stated as part of a promotion.

⏱️ Estimated Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier selected at checkout. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs processing, or other circumstances outside of A&S Studio's control.

Processing time and shipping/transit time are separate. An estimated delivery time begins after your order has been completed and handed over to the shipping carrier.

📍 Tracking Information

When tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after your order has shipped. Please allow time for the carrier's system to update after receiving your tracking number.

🌐 International Orders, Customs & Import Fees

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping charge paid to A&S Studio.

Customs processing may also cause additional delivery delays that are outside of our control.

🏠 Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

Please review your address carefully before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered production or been shipped.

A&S Studio is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

📦 Lost, Delayed or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier's handling and transit process.

If your package appears to be significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and relevant photos or information. We will do our best to assist you with determining the appropriate next steps and, when applicable, working with the shipping carrier.

Please keep all packaging and the damaged product until the issue has been resolved, as the carrier may require photographs or other documentation.

↩️ Returned or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to A&S Studio because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal, unpaid customs charges, or another issue outside of our control, additional shipping charges may be required to resend the order.

Original shipping charges may be non-refundable where permitted.

✨ Custom & Made-to-Order Products

Many A&S Studio products may be customized, personalized, or made to order. Production times for these products may vary depending on the complexity of the item, order volume, and customization requested.

Please carefully review all customization information before submitting your order.
